Diana Ennen is a woman of many passions. As a well-respected author, speaker, VA coach and president of Virtual Word Publishing, one of her main passions is helping others start their own business. Whether it’s coaching new virtual assistants just starting out, or working with seasoned VAs looking to add new clients, new services and a new spark to their existing businesses, Diana has the knowledge and expertise to help them reach their goals. She offers online consulting and mentoring, and is extremely active on Twitter and Facebook.

Diana has been in the forefront of the work-at-home world since opening her practice in 1985. She is considered a leader in the virtual assistant industry, and has co-authored several books on the virtual assistant industry and home-based businesses, including Virtual Assistant – The Series: Become a Highly Successful, Sought After VA (co-authored with Kelly Poelker)  and So You Want to Be a Work-At-Home Mom: A Christian Guide to Starting a Home-Based Business (Beacon Hill Publishing).

Diana’s business, Virtual Word Publishing, handles publicity and marketing for authors, speakers, coaches and other businesses who need more help with their PR campaigns. With more than 26 years experience, Diana has personally appeared or gotten her clients mentioned in such major media as USA Today, Woman’s World, Fox News, CNN Radio, Reader’s Digest, Entrepreneur, Forbes, just to name a few.  She loves writing and her experience as an author herself helps her to not only write effective media campaigns, but know how to get the best results with all she does.  From book marketing to product launches, she can be instrumental in making it a success.

To assist virtual assistants who want to break into the publicity and marketing areas, Diana has recently launched her training sessions called PR Bursts, a new concept in topic-specific training. The 60-minute training sessions are designed to provide a solid base of knowledge on numerous publicity-related topics. Subjects range from writing and distributing articles and press releases to pitching the media, establishing and managing blogs and social media, as well as starting, managing and marketing a virtual assistant business.

Diana is the mother of three amazing kids: Jeremy, Amanda, and Amber; and the wife of a very supportive husband, Greg. Her greatest accomplishment is raising such wonderful kids and having the opportunity to work at home with them.
